USS Lexington Museum Reviews

Jan 06, 2008
This Essex-class aircraft carrier that served in World War II is permanently anchored in Corpus Christi Bay as a museum open to the public. I visited on a business trip for our company's annual safety meeting. You can wander the ship as a self-guided tour through the hanger, gallery, flight deck and various lower decks. The flight deck has aircraft from several different eras and also affords great views of Corpus Christi Bay. There is a movie theater that shows various military history and aviation movies as well as a flight simulator.
