Some Of The Most Significant Places Worth Traveling Jul 19, 2017
The UNESCO Foundation has designated several places around the world as world heritage sites due to their significance in different categories. Sites will have significance culturally, historically or ecologically. There is a strict criteria for becoming classified as a world heritage site and it is the responsibility of the host country in maintaining that site in its pristine form. Many sites are in danger and some have even been removed from the list due to natural causes and human intervention. I have been to many and consider the sites to be among the best reasons to travel. Many sites have either a small entrance fee or none at all. A world heritage site can encompass a small house or a large region and even extend through several countries. This is a list of sites I have visited and hope to continue seeing more. Eventually I will write reviews for the individual sites.

your list is so long - I am so envious. Once I thought I cool would it be to see to travel to all spots - and then I realized, I can not even visit all the ones in Germany..... so now IF I would count I may make it up to 10 maybe...
