Here is a very nice North Indian Restaurant with wonderfully spicy and aromatic foods! Their Punjabi dishes are my favorite. And to top it off, the menu correctly suggests a beer that compliments the flavors. (They have a great beer selection too)
I had the Chicken Kali Mirch: "Chicken marinated with cheese and cashew paste, cooked in the tandoor and finished with tomatoes in creamy sauce with a tinge of black pepper." It was goooooood!  Part of the New Zealand Explorations travel blog
