Tumbleweeds Bookstore Gardiner Reviews
Funky, fun and oh, so good! May 18, 2010
As a vegetarian, and especially a vegetarian travelling in the west, it can be really hard to find food options other than cooking for myself. Tumbleweeds has a really nice selection of vegetarian (and vegan, and omnivore) foods from soups to wraps and sandwiches. Natural, organic, grass-fed and the like is a theme running through their menu. They also serve fantastic coffee and lattes.
There are plenty of tables both inside and out without being too cluttered. The store sells new and used books with an emphasis on local talent. They also sell art and photography and crafts from local artists.
As extra perks they offer wifi and a friendly and helpful staff.
I'll likely miss Tumbleweeds as much as Yellowstone National Park when I head for home...
