Tucan's Rodizio Resto - a brazilian "erlebnis" Dusseldorf Reviews
Tucan's Rodizio Resto - a brazilian Nov 18, 2010
Set in the middle of the media harbor in düsseldorf, is a fusion of brasilian/german cuisine restaurant.
one of my iceland expedition pal (who became my closest friend in the trip) - erik visited me here in düsseldorf and we came across this resto while walking around. We went inside and it was the first time i had an experience with a "rodizio" style of serving.
rodizio means that you pay a certain amount for the food but it is unlimited serving until you say stop or had enough.
but me and erik decided to have à la carte. Erik ordered a picanha 2 x 120 g of rump with rosmarine potatoes and i ordered 5 giant grilled prawns with aioli and with an unlimited buffet entreé of german salads, vegetables and brazilian desserts.
the ambiance is very relaxing, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, although the prices are really expensive - it was worth to try it - the friendly smiles of the staff, the exquisite cuisine are sure worth to come back again!
