A well-known cafe in Gion which is famous for green tea (matcha) and Japanese dessert items. If you like the taste of green tea, this is the place! From light meals such as Soba noodles to the towering Green Tea Parfait, everything on the menu seems to have green tea as an ingredient, and you would taste it, too. Green-colored food may not necessarily look appetizing, but they surely taste good! I ordered a combo of three items: two different kinds of parfait and Tokoroten (a jelly-like dessert made from seaweed). My husband ordered a Green Tea Kasutera(a kind of sponge cake) Parfait. They both had a big portion, and we had to skip dinner afterwards! Ah, we loved this place.

Tsujiri has four shops in Kyoto area.
