Going to Tripoli

This morning I got that feeling that the ugly threatening realities of daily life is about to sneak up on me. It is the very last day of my holiday and I only got ½ day before I need to go to the airport and fly home. Only having half a day sets certain limits to what you can do - but then aga…

A trip across North Africa from Tunisia to Ancient Cairo. Tunisia a pleasant suprise.Modern roads and transport network.Hidden historical gems and beautiful Coastline.Libya was an experience and mostly pleasant.Terrible roads, though they are being improved.Maniac drivers.Still few western tourists so the main sights were quiet. As in many countries patience is required that and an adventurous spirit will see you through.Alexandria in Eid holidays was chaotic fun unless you are squeamish!!
