Good Tour Organizer for Pinatubo Hike Dec 27, 2008
Here is the Itinerary given to us by Ann, the organizer:
Cost: 1, 950.00/person
* Roundtrip Van Transfer (Manila-Tarlac-Manila) inclusive of toll fee and gas
* 4 x 4 wheel drive to Mt Pinatubo
* Service of a local tour guide
* conservation fee
* lunch and drinking water
0300 Assembly time. Location: McDonalds, Quezon Avenue
0330 ETD (Manila to Capas, Tarlac via NLEX)
0500 ETA (Capas, Tarlac). Breakfast.
0530 ETD for Brgy. Sta. Juliana (jump-off point) to finalize prior arrangements.
0600 Board 4×4 vehicles for the one hour drive to the base camp.
0700 Start trekking.
1000 ETA at the crater of Mt. Pinatubo. Swimming, taking of photos, boating*.
1100 Lunch. Siesta.
1230 Start return trek.
1445 Back to the 4x4s.
1545 Back at jump-off point.
1600 Return to Manila.
1800 ETA Manila.

Booking and reservation Guidelines:
Deadline of Registration: 5 days before the chosen climb date (or earlier, depending on available slots).
No registration form, No reservation. To reserve, please fill-out registration form then send to firstname.lastname@example.org. For group reservations, please send your registration forms in one file then email it to us. (Subject: Mount Pinatubo Adventure Trek )
If after registering you need to back-out, please have the courtesy to notify us properly via email.
Full payment must be settled within the agreed time frame. Should you need extension, please coordinate with triPinas.
Payment is non-refundable but transferable to other person. triPinas must be notified as soon as possible or at least 5 days before the trip and have the replacement fill out and submit registration form.
Upon payment, you will receive a copy of complete guidelines, including things to bring, itinerary, reminders, etc.

1. Other expenses not covered by the fee:
- breakfast in Tarlac (chowking)
- boat ride in the crater (350 PHP) - this is really worth the experience.
- shower fee after the trek (100 PHP)
- spa, massage in a korean spa (500 PHP?) - I didn't try it
- personal drinks and food (though a bottle of water and a packed lunch is inclusive to the fee)
- street food across the spa :)
- tip (just be generous) :)
