Triana Backpacker's Hostel

This place is great.  It is situated just south of the main river in the Triana neighborhood, not too far from the Plaza Cuba where two of the circuit busses stop.  They are a bit hidden an you will need their address to find them as there is no signage to alert you they are here. 

I found them on www. hostelworld.com and they accept on-line reservations.  Rates are comparable to other hostels.  Currently it is 20€ for a dorm room and 33€ for a single room.  The showers and bathrooms are private.  Linens are provided with the bed and towels and locks are available for rent.  They also have a laundry service for 8€.  They have three computers for internet use and unlike other hostels one always seemed available. 

The hostel does not have a curfew but you do have to ring the bell to get in so I felt a bit bad coming in late sometimes but...this is Spain and everyone is out late. 

The hostel serves breakfast in the morning (toast) and they have coffee and tea available all day.  They also have activities at night that they arrange for a small cost.  While I was here they had a flamenco tour one day and a tapas night the other.  Both for around 5€.

The staff here is nice and English speaking.  Additionally they are busy enough that you meet many interesting travellers.
