Travelodge Hotel Ilford London

I stayed at this Travelodge last weekend on Friday and Saturday night. Located along City Road about 10 minutes walk from Old Street tube station and 15 minutes walk from Moorgate tube station.About the same from Liverpool Street Station. It is fairly new having opened in the last month or so. There is a large restaurant/ bar open 'til 1.00am. The hotel is in a safe location within the city area. The shops, bars and restaurants in the area were open on Friday evening, however due to it's location are shut on Saturday. It is only a 10 minute tube journey and you're in the West End. The hotel itself was quiet, reception staff attentive. I only paid £19.00 per room per night and was excellent value. The rooms are spacious and what you'd expect from Travelodge. It is within walking distance of Spitalsfields Market and Columbia Road Market Overall, a good location and good value hotel for London.
