Travel lodge Reviews

The Travel Lodge in Victoria, Canada is inexpensive and close to the main streets of Victoria. Most of my travel was by taking the city bus. The cost was $2.50 a ride and i would ask for a free transfer. Bus 11 takes you right to the heart of Victoria, and the bus stops in front of the Travel Lodge. The front deskn is a little less to be desired. The real fun is in the sports bar. From the front desk, just walk up the stairs to the bar. Lots of regular Canadians in the neighborhood drink in this bar. Its a good way to make friends and connections. The bartender Sam is one of the best bartenders ive experienced in my worldly travels. Everyone there is always happy to speak politics or differences without the stress. While i was there, everyone bought drinks for eachother. I was a good time all the way around. I averaged 8 pints of ale a night in the sports bar, and i dont even drink much. So come to travel lodge and relax, your with friends.
