Travel Shack Vienna travellers bar and meeting point

Well well! after all the travelling i have done this summer in europe i finally stumble across an awesome place which serves Meat pies, Sausage rolls and a descent range of Australian beers.I was only meant to stay in Vienna for 2 days but styaed a week and spent a good few hours a day at the Travel Shack eating all there meat pies and vegemite toasties and washing it all down with either a tooheys or a james boags. mmmmm!

I am not the kind of traveller to hang out in aussie establishment while on tour but these guys have got it sorted for the budget traveller. Basically my days consisted of going into the travel shack about 10am, Asking the crew what i should see and they would show me how to get there. i would then venture back around 5 for happy hour and a cheap feed, check my email and listen to some great tunes.

I also got to watch a bit of Aussie rules. The owneers were great, 1 owner was an aussie and also took me on an awesome winery bike tour and then got pissed with him in the bar until 4am, was one of the biggest nights i had so far on my travels!
