Traktir Vladimir Reviews
Very nice, even if you don't like Russian food Aug 08, 2007
This cute looking restaurant called ‘Traktir’ (which means Roadside Inn or Tavern) is located not far from the Cathedral of Assumption. It is housed in a small wooden building that is typical for houses in the countryside of Russia.
The interior is very atmospheric and they mainly serve traditional Russian dishes. They have no trouble whipping up vegetarian versions of their food though. I had a vegetarian Borsjtsj (beet soup) and Pelmeny (some sort of ravioli) and even though I am not found of the Russian cuisine, I liked this very much.
