Toyoko Inn- Tokyo

This hotel is part of a huge hotel chain throughout Japan. I stayed in a double room for 9,240Yen (About $77.30USD) with Tax. A little expensive but not really I guess if you think about it…I mean it’s the biggest city in Japan so I guess maybe that’s a good price. The hotel was very clean, up to date and had a lot of amenities including but not limited to: Free Breakfast, non smoking rooms, free Newspaper, a free lady’s goody bag with check in, Air conditioning, a sweet little robe & slippers, TV, Refrigerator, hair dryer and free use of computers w/internet in lobby. They also have vending machines, beer vending machines!!! and coin operated laundry.

This hotel was also in a great location in town, I was very pleased. There’s a subway stop right across the street and two blocks down is the Tokyo Dome and a huge shopping mall. The Mall area is a great place to eat, shop and just people watch. They also have an amusement park in the mall area, with a roller coaster flying through and around the mall, it’s amazing! You MUST go on the ride, it’s so much fun and only 1000yen! I went twice… :)
