For anyone visiting Leuven these websites could be really helpful. Most of the links below are part of the first website reviewed, since this one is the most important one, offering almost all information about the city.

You can find lists here of all tourist attractions, hotels, restaurants, historical information, links, and so forth and so on. http://www.inenuitleuven.be/ In en Uit Leuven is a website that shows all events planned in the city. You can search by date or keyword, but there is no English version of the webpages. http://www.30cc.be/ This page is all about the center of culture. You can find shows and performances here, or order the catalogue by email. Yet again, no English version... http://www.kuleuven.ac.be/ This is the website of the Leuven University. Also available in English http://www.delijn.be/ The website of the Flanders bus company. Only available in Flemish. You can print timetables here or check routes, by clicking on the "reisinfo" link. I was hoping I could do both Waterloo and Leuven on the same day but had to settle for only one. I chose a University town, don't know why. The day started off as usual - got up early, had cereal and eggs for b'fast. I sure love how we have free int…Tourist Information site for some ideas for walks. I was given 2 brochures, one for a nature walk and one for a Historical walk, I chose the later. Leuven is located in the hart of Belgium. From here, there are excellent connections to all other cities. It takes two hours to go to the coast, half an hour to go to Brussels and Mechelen, and about one hour and a half to visit Gent. The region Le…walking distance from my house.
