We took a boat in Mawamba dock and cross the canals to the north to Tortuguero National Park where we went to the Cerro Tortuguero and a boat tour through the canals. After this we went to La Suerte a small Research Station where there was a course with monkeys.

This was a kind of adventure. We took a panga in Pacuare and travel north to Nicaragua. As Costa Rica does not have border office to stamp your passport, once in Nicaragua river San Juan, we had to go back to Costa Rica throug Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí to get the stamp and them go to Nicaragua thr…
