We have all seen the oh so cheesy adverts on TV beckoning people to come to the carribean, the golden sands, the bluer than blue waters,the couple holding hands and a small child with an overly exagerated smile placed on his or her face. Me being the sceptic that I am wrote this off as a cleverly orchastrated advertsing strategy surely it cant be this beautiful? I was wrong. I set off to the BVI to stay with a friend from back home who has taken residence as a skipper on the open seas.

When the ferry returned to Tortola from Virgin Gorda, Drew and Julia wanted to go back on the ship. I was up for more exploring. Today was definetly one of the best days of the entire cruise! I went out around 12.30 as I had made a reservation for a swim with the dolphins!!! The company is called “Dolphin Discovery” and they do have around 20 parrots and 15 dolphins that are swimming around. I had booked the Adventure Swim for 99$ and after a short waiting time we all went into the water (we were 6).
