 Breathtakeing view Nov 16, 2007
Placed on top of the Busay Hills - about 2000 feet above sealevel is a magnificent view over Cebu and Mactan Island. The entrance fee is 100 Php / person and it's worth it.
My visit was at night time giving me a chance to view the island with all the lights on. A big part of the experience is the drive to and from the Tops. Steep narrow mountain roads with a magnificent nature sorounding the place and a reel touch of local Pinoy life style. This is not where the rich Pinoys live...so this is as real as it gets! Once up there you're easyly fascinated with all the lights and the view that comes with it. I still havent seen it in daytime...but I bet it's allmost as fascinateing. Also if you need a sanctuary from the poluted and humid downtown Cebu City air - tops is the place to go...it's some of the cleanest coolest air I've experienced ever.
