Top attractions in Cape Town Travel Reviews

May 30, 2007
The top things to do in Cape Town in no particular order:
- Table Mountain (climb or cable car depending on time of year)
- Robben Island (to visit Nelson Mandela's cell and get a great tour from an ex-inmate)
- Cape Point via Chapmans Peak drive (to see where the Indian and Atlantic oceans meet)
- Wine route (Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl for great wine and food)
- Boulders Beach (to see the penguins)
- Township tour (to see how about half of Cape Town's population lives)
- Kirstenbosch gardens (amazing flowers and scenery)
- Hermanus to see the whales (depending on time of year)
