Top Barcelona Apartments

When I travel I usually prefer to book an apartment rather than an Hotel(intimacy,cost etc.). However i was a bit scared when I decided to go to Barcelona because of all that i heard from some people and the problems they had with their rental agencies in Barcelona.
I found this one on the Web and book an apartment for me and my family for an entire week.
When we arrived we were told that the apartment we had booked had had an air conditioning problem so we had to go to an other one.
This was one of my biggest threat, I was with my family and the apartment I had carefully chosen wasn t available anymore !
However to compensate we were given a much bigger and nicer apartment located next to the previous one. My children didn't have to share a room, and my wife and I could have our own bathroom!
The staff was very friendly, they took time to explain us a bit of the catalan capitale history.
My family and I had a great stay there, we will definitely come back.
