One of a very few Japanese food restaurants in Visalia, this is on the up-scale end. As you walk thru entry gates you feel the ambiance, with the wonderful greenery and Koi pond. Inside, the feeling continues. You can sit and watch the knife twirling cooks prepare your meal. The food is excellent. The service staff is also well above par. Reviews that I have been able to locate, besides my own, advise that all of the above areas I have covered are as 5 star as can be. However the sushi although good is nothing special. Prices are expensive, but not extreme.
