Good sushi affordable price Jul 28, 2013
It's kinda mid-range sushi restaurant. It's everywhere in district 1, district 7 and district 3. Lunch time is always crowded but the service is efficient. You don't have to wait long for your food. Their rolls are always eye catching and delicious. It's slightly more expensive than sushi bar but their food is a lot better. I have eaten here 4 times and when speaking of their food, my mouth waters. I always order their avocado rolls, dragon rolls or any rolls with avocado and eels. Their noodles or squid dishes are quite mediocre and not worth ordering.

Better than The Sushi Bar Dec 05, 2009
If your itching for some sushi in HCMC, in your guide books, or just from popularity, you will hear mention of The Sushi Bar on Le Thanh Ton Street for good and affordable sushi. Now, there's nothing wrong with that place - food's fine, reasonable price.

However, for, in my opinion, better sushi at a slightly better price, try the Tokyo Deli. Aside from having good food, its less crowded than other places. They have many different kinds of sushi/sashimi as well as standard Japanese fare. There combination sushi is 95.000 vnd. They also have Japanese dinner plates.

I want to add to this review that there are in fact better sushi restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City, for example Okinawa, but the prices are higher. This is sushi within the lower price realm. If you are looking to spend a little more, there are much more options centered around Le Thanh Ton street, especially in the alleys off of it where some of the most delicious Japanese cuisine can be found.
