A lot of problems the first two months Nov 03, 2009

I worked as a travel rep in Egypt 2005/2006 and was the "lucky" guy who had to welcome the first guests in this hotel, WHILE IT WAS STILL IN CONSTRUCTION!

Of course (especially in Egypt) there were a lot of problems with the hotel itself (elevators not working, toilets in the basement not finished, rooms dirty, bars not open) and the staff (not trained at all and indifferent to the problems my guests had).

The beach is reachable only by a free shuttle bus they offered or you go by foot, crossing one of the main roads of Hurghada.

The only thing which was really really good, is the Aquapark. It was finished before the hotel and all guests of the hotel of course have free admission.

NOTE: My review is from 2005/2006 as I worked there, I have no actual information about this hotel...
