Tip Top Motel may be notorious for the accomodation, though room rate is very cheap about $50 per night. However, as far as food is concerned, I think this is one of the best restaurants of the town. Their Oxtail soup ($9)is very ono (delicious) and there is also Sushi bar called "Sushi Katsu" in that restaurant. Sushi Katsu opens at lunch time and dinner time. Their Sushi made by a Japanese experienced chef, is best sushi among Kauai and is not expensive. My recommendation there is Sushi Combination A ($11) or Oxtail Soup.
