Time Out Travel Guides Travel Reviews

May 11, 2007
i love time out travel guides. these are the first place i look to find hip hotels, restaurants, and sights to see. unlike fodor's or even lonely planet guides, time out guides are really perfect for the young (20-38 year old) traveller. most city guides are updated regularly and focus on attractions that would be of interest to younger travellers. also, these guides (all cities) also have great gay & lesbian information sections.

if you're a little bit up market (i'm not yet), luxe city guides are also good.

the downside to both these guides are that not every city in the world is covered. and that's when i hit fodor's, lonely planet, etc.
