Tilos Vacation Guide

I can imagine a marketing campaign for Tilos being "Difficult to get to, impossible to leave"
It's one of those places you discover and then feel almost reluctant to tell others about because you don't want it to lose its infinite charm.
Tilos is small, it is quiet, it is "local", it has small tavernas and a couple of beach side bars but nothing big, no large hotels, just beaches, mountains, nature.
I couldn't recommend it as a place to go alone unless you really enjoy your own company but for a family or a couple it could be ideal. Reachable only by ferry from Rhodos or Kos (or one or two other small islands)
