Good Spot Relative to Other Options Jun 22, 2009
This was my first time staying in a hostel so I am somewhat biased, but here it goes. The staff at Tiger Paw were great, always willing to help and friendly. Besides some minor residue build up, my room, bed and private bathroom were clean. The location is great for partying, but you could get a little closer to the subway if you're doing major travel throughout the city. I personally liked being semi-secluded, as being a couple blocks from Zona Rosa is perfect. My only complaint lies in the set up. There were no cloth couches, so your only options when trying to relax involve sitting in your room (no sofas/chairs) or sitting on the wood benches in the hangout area, which is fine except wood isn't comfortable after very long. Besides that, we had tons of fun here, Brian was great, and would def. come back again.
