There is a bar namely Tiger in the main street of nightlife in Phuket. In a collection of numerous bars, you can find a great cozy place on the second floor. There is a great band for live music performance every night. It starts 1.00 AM every night. They are really good.
If you are a fan of music, e.g. Rock 'n' Roll, Rock, and even Reggae, this is a good place for you. Then go and enjoy. The environment is quite good.
