stopped in the tibet jan 2006. good standerd with nice interior of carving on walls and columns.near to city centre walk past the embassy and palace not to far.watch out for the baby milk scam(asking for milk then reselling it back to chemist)fantastic place and will return.
good luck jeffwrexham. two photos attached + one for good luck p.s turn left out of hotel then left up main street half way up on left down alley there is a artist studio does cheap excellent pics.

Having provisionally agreed to walk it together, surprised to find the Tibet Guest House that I'd provisionally contacted to find room availability had sent a pick up. Exchanged e-mail addresses and went different directions. Kathmandu immediately less chaotic than Delhi. Motorbikes appear to be the vehicle of choice but certainly more organised… Touristy (but great Thamel), impressive Kathmandu |
