Nachdem ich das allermeiste meines Gepäcks in Hanoi gelassen habe, habe ich dort leider auch meine Ausrüstung für meine Kontaktlinsen zurückgelassen. To my annoyance I had to take the 17.5 hour bus journey back to the capital, Hanoi as I had a flight booked to Bangkok. This meant travelling for most of the 14th and over night missing any Premiership football I was hoping to catch. The journey was pretty much like the one on the way down, bumpy and sleepless. Again I got to Hanoi sleepy and blurry eyed and walked around the busy streets sorting out a few minor chores before my flight the next day.
