from the outside this place may look a bit run down.. taking the
elevator up to the 13 floor might scare u a bit.. it's a veerryyy slow elevator! but once u open the door to your room, u walk into your new home!! the room is literally an apartment! kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, all to your comfort and enjoyment! the kitchen comes with everything u would need to cook anything u want.. toaster, utencils, blender, anything!! and there's a super market right downstairs where u can buy all your ingredients.. all rooms have a balcony, some have two.. one of which is in the bedroom where u can lay in bed and stare out at the amazing night sky and the city.. standing on the balcony will give u a fantastic view of the beautiful buildings in Surfer's Paradise, or the ocean! the area in which it's located is a 1 min. walk to the beach, all kinds of restaurants, internet cafes, super markets, etc.. parking is avaliable for your car and security is really good! the owner of this place is the nicest man i've ever met! lol.. it's extremly cozy, and i highly recommend it if you're staying for a long period of time!
i told u it was funky on the out…
