Hotel next to the fabulos new Opera House. Aug 21, 2008
The hotel opened in 2001 and is centrally located in Bjørvika next to just Oslo Centralstation (Oslo S).
This is a modern 4 - star hotel and with it`s location near the Oslo Railway Station it`s just a short walk to the hotel. You have an amazing view of the Oslo fjord and the new Opera House. Easy access to the airport express train (just 20 minutes to the airport) and other public transportation. The main shopping avenue, Karl Johans gate, arr close by. At the top of Karl Johans gate you have the Royal Castle. On Karl Johans gate you will find lots of nice restaurants, for inst. Hard Rock Cafe, Oslo. The restaurant and Toscana Bar at the hotel serve delicious food in an atmosphere inspired by the world of opera. But I do not think the prices in the restaurant is wourth a visit. I will recomand you to visit one of the restaurants on Karl Johans gate. |
