Looking forward to going back Feb 12, 2007
I liked being near the shops and station. We had a nice room which overlooked the back of the hotel and it was quiet. The breakfast was good. You did not even have to go out into the fresh air to get to the shops.read entire review at TravelPost.com

Edinburgh was the halfway point of our UK trip and the Edinburgh Thistle was a very nice place to stay.

Only needs a bigger bed Sep 13, 2005
