i've finally managed to escape the oh-so-fascinating world of hedge fund finance, and am now decadently indulging my long-suppressed wanderlust with 15 months on the road and around the world... *note: apart from the odd review (generally of something not found in your standard guide book), this is really more just a map of my travels than a proper blog, but if you want more information on anywhere i`ve been or what i`ve been up to, send me a message and i`ll see if i can rustle something up.

Uni exchange to Thessaloniki, more of a 3 month holiday with a few sailing lessons thrown in! Arriving without an address, escaping to and Scuba diving at Halkidiki, Camping and climbing at Meteora, Windsurfing and Kayaking on Paros and lots of hot train and ferry journeys inbetween!

my first trip to Greece in the summer of 2008 turned out to be a taste of paradise! Whereas the cities are (in my opinion) not the most beautiful around, Greece offers such great Mediterranean landscapes - I'll be back for sure!!!
