Spent the day getting to the hill station of Thekkadi to see the Periyar Forest.  There are supposed to be tigers here but the last sighting was 6 months ago so we are not holding our breath.  It will be nice to go for a hike anyways. It's finally cooler  . The buses just keep getting more disgusting!  We do not travel more than four hours between hotels for fear of having to pee at one of the many bus stops.  Have a great labour day weekend everyone!  Enjoy th...
