Lapsang located in Den Haag near to the central shopping district, is a small cozy café. I came to know this café when I passed by with my friend and saw them serving quiche.
The décor of the café gives a warm and home feeling. They have quite a wide selection of tea from English tea to various fruit and Chinese tea. Is a great place for a small gathering with friends and have some small bites. They serve nice sandwiches and cakes.  Part of the CityTraveler travel blog
