the best ocean drive you may ever do.

A few stops along the way, will stick with you forever... the 12 apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, The Grotto, Bay of Martyrs, and Bay of Islands.

to get best out of the experience (though dangerous), getting close can be very exciting!

try to sleep somewhere, take a couple of days or three, to visit... don't rush it with a 1 day tour.

small hotels are available all the way... and beware of parking. you'll get a ticket even if you think there is no one at sight!

remember, stay warm! the antarctic winds can blow you hard.

I can't describe how amazing this coast is. Victoria is a beautiful state in southern Australia has a temperate climate. It took my breath away to see the sights and the mighty Southern Ocean. I had no idea there were so many rain forests (temperate). Each one was un-spoilt and very "natural". Bimbi Park is really worth a visit a remote holiday park at Cape Otaway at the heart of the Otway national Park, packed with wildlife, just wandering along a path with Koalas in their natural habitat sleeping tree's next to the path. God they don't sound that cool though, their "bark" is like a pig being strangled, I guess you can’t have it all good looks and a great voice ;-)

Maits Rest is a rain forest walk not too far from Apollo Bay really worth a visit, giant tree ferns rear creatures and it’s free!!
