We arrived at the campsite late at night so had no idea what it actually looked like - it was just the first campsite we came across once we had decided to camp for the night. We managed to put our tent up in the dark and got a good night's sleep.
When we woke up the next morning and opened our tent we got a wonderful suprise. We were in an absolutely beautiful campsite right on a lake. We were surrounded by mountains and the air smell so fresh and clean. We had breakfast in the wooden lodge overlooking the lake. I would reccommend this campsite to everyone - it was truly stunning. Well, the next day, me and my sister wanted to visit the Italian Alps and the ‘Dolomites’ because we’ve only seen the Austrian and Swiss Alps. And I have to say… the Italian Alps are quite different. Different vegetation, steeper mountains a…… I'm gonna be 500 miles... |

After a day of rest on the 27th, we travelled down to Innsbruck on the 28th. I can't say I was too charmed with the city, but the train journey was very scenic and beautiful. Innsbruck is very multicultural, bordering Switzerland, Germany and Italy.…… Innsbruck Day One |
