When telling all my old rich colluages that I was going to Edinburgh, they all told me I need to go to the Witchery. The Witchery is an old looking restaurant located next to the entrance to Edinburgh Castle! They recommend reserving a table but on a Monday at 1 pm it was only half full. The dining area reminded me of a medieval church but with a devil theme, there is even a giant bust of Satan in it, along with lots of bad ass art. Sort of a Metal Heads sexual fantasy. They also have an outdoor garden, will visit next time I'm in Edinburgh.

The waiter was great and supplied us with ample beer. To eat we had the haggish plate served with oat crackers and toast. Next we had the Lamb Wellington with potatoes, cabage and turnips. Woah it was fucking good. The only sad part was the bill.
That is Haggish
