A bit disappointing Nov 01, 2014
A 5 star hotel that didn't quite deliver the 5 star experience. We stayed here for two nights. No free WiFi in the room. This is 2014! Shower kept changing from cold to hot again. Minibar not refilled before our arrival. Insufficient supplies of toiletries. No toothbrush/toothpaste, no cotton buds, no shower cap etc. One 'clean' towel had a grey stain. Breakfast OK, but too expensive for what we got. Paid cash for the breakfast upon arrival, but we were not on the list when we arrived at the breakfast area the next morning. Complained and got a partial refund. We left satisfied.

A great business hotel May 14, 2011
A good business hotel located in a central district. Within walking distance of the picturesque old town other Warsaw attractions. There is a large modern shopping centre nearby where you can get virtually anything you need.

The hotel provided a good buffet breakfast with both warm and cold foods - the is plently to choose from.

There is a pleasant bar on theground floor although drinks are expensive.

Overall a good hotel.

Nice hotel in Warsaw CBD Apr 30, 2011
I stayed at Westin for two nights during my business trip. The hotel is rather new, in the CBD location, with about 5 min walk to the offices of many international companies and 25-30min walk to the Old Town (very fast by taxi). The hotel is good, modern, clean, with amazing bathrooms and all glass elevators. The food was OK, but the menu was limited. The minibar and food overall - expensive. However, this hotel is a nice choice for any business traveler.

Nice hotel downtown May 10, 2011
Nice hotel downtown of Warsaw. The hotel is located in the business/shopping area. The tram is at the front of the building.

The hotel is expensive compared to 3 stars hotels but offers nice rooms, breakfast and dinner.

Not really backpack friendly but perfect for couples who would like spend a weekend in Warsaw.

Convenient location – Spacious rooms Nov 05, 2008
The Westin Warsaw is a great choice for business travelers and tourists in Warsaw. It’s located right in the central business / financial district of the city and is close to shopping, museums and the central train station. It is a 20 minute walk from the city’s old town. The hotel is relatively new, the building is in great condition and has a spectacular enormous glass atrium. My room here was spacious with plenty room for storing your stuff and settling in comfortably. There was a coffee maker in the room, bottles of mineral water, an ironing board and an iron. The comfort of beds is a pretty personal thing, but I found the bed and pillows in the hotel to be comfortable. Everything was very clean too.

I was in for a pleasant morning: the hotel’s buffet breakfast is fantastic - you can definitely put on a little weight here if you’re not careful. They offer just about anything you could want for a tasty start to your day. The receptionists can indicate good three and five kilometer running routes in case you want to burn those calories off!

The Fusion restaurant in the hotel is also good, aside from eating there as a hotel guest, we’ve held some business lunches there and been happy with the food and service.

The top four floors of the hotel are an executive club which includes a lounge and bar area with drinks, snacks and comfortable spaces for doing a little work without just staying in your room.

There’s a 24 hour fitness center, one of their weaker points, it’s pretty small and not too easy to get into. Once you manage to sign their waiver form, you can access this anytime, but getting that waiver taken care of is quite a task! Another weak point is expensive Internet access. I found the personnel to be helpful and friendly. Aside from my stays here, other personnel from my company and friends visiting Warsaw have been guests here and have been quite happy with this hotel.
