The Westin New York at Times Square

This hotel is absolutely out of this world! Everything from the moment you check in to the hotel until you check out is amazing.

Every night they knock on your door to bring you chocolates & extra towels!

The hotel is right on times square, with amazing views! I stayed on the 56th floor, the view was incredible! The bed was amazing to sleep in, the bathroom was fantastic! Would recommend anyone who wants a bit of luxury to stay in this hotel especially if its your first time to New York.

PROS :

+ locations (walking steps away from times square)

+ area (safe & lots of fastfoods, pizzerias. great for breakfast!)

+ kind of BIG hotel

+ clean

+ LARGE rooms (compared to other NY hotels)

NEGS:

- not THAT friendly crew at lobby

- always indirectly asking for a tip (not polite)

- poor nightlife area, gotta use a cab

- price

Well the hotel is pretty alright, i can't complain that much. I used to stay at the hotel "mela" on my last trip to new york. MELA was very good. But I still prefered the Westin hotel. Because you had so many possibilites to have breakfast in the morning... just a couple of meters from the front door, you had different food stores.

The Bathroom, was big, clean, and had a nice a shower.

I can't either complain about the furniture, bed, and tv station. The room was big enough to leave 4 large suitcases on the floor. There was a fridge (pretty expensive prices - 7$ for a soda), a safe and a iron in the room.

The view outside from the room wasn't bad either, compared to my room at the Mela hotel. We stayed at the 27ht level.

I would turn back... but if i could try another one for the same price. I would surely try it out.
