Nice bed Mar 08, 2009
Location is in Downtown LA. Close to the freeway, the only way I would stay there is if I pay/bid through priceline. Otherwise I would never stay there paying the full price.
They have a really nice workout room. Parking is a robbery there, of course. So consider that when u r bidding. The room tends to be on the small size. However, the bed is one of the best I ever slept in. Internet is not free of course. This is a perfect for a night of getaway. |

All of this is exactly what made me a bit hesitant about spending a week in LA based out of the Westin Bonaventure. For starters, it was a huge capitalistic enterprise a-la Wal-mart, and if my rabid liberal groupies in San francisco found out I had stayed in one of these energy guzzling capitalist pig hotels, I'd probably lose 'respect'.
