The Sidecar Cafe
The Sidecar Cafe Reviews
Dec 15, 2007
On Sat Dec. 15th I stopped for lunch at the Sidecar Cafe, recommended by a good friend who is a vintage motor cycle fan. He said that I'd love this place.
I walked in and it is amazing! It's full of old motor cycles and memorabilia--some have been restored and some are in their original condition. The Cafe has a good and reasonably priced menu ranging from Pizza (made in a wood-burning oven) to burgers and sandwiches. A full greasy-spoon breakfast is served from 9am until 2pm weekends. There is also a good selection of wines and beers. So if you are driving into Victoria from the airport or the ferries and you need a quick snack, this is well worth a stop. Allie and Terri are two very friendly staff who work there. The owner, Ken, is often there and is happy to chat about his collection of motorcyles and memorabilia. The Sidecar Cafe. is located at 6105-Pat Bay Highway, approx. halfway between the ferry terminal and Victoria PH 250 544 4900 Part of the Sidney By Sea Vancouver Island BC Canada travel blog |
