Resonable Price for Great Food in an Old Warehouse Apr 14, 2008
This place is my preference when in town. Great food, friendly staff and cool decor.

An old cotton warehouse, it was converted into a restaurant. It has a resident ghost that dwells in the storage room where he enjoys rum.

Their specialty is seafood. I always have the Pine Bark Stew. It contains Flounder, Shrimp, Oysters, Crab & Scallops with potatoes served in a kettle. I like the kettle idea :-)

They have a good dessert selection. Their beer choices are average. They have nothing here for a Half and Half or a Black and Tan. They also have a small Champagne list.

When you visit, watch out for the ghost. He has never been out when I went there for lunch. You might see him during dinner.

estanna says: TONS of flavors of frozen drinks... ranging from non-alcoholic to very-alcoholic.  be careful: you can drink in the streets of Savannah legally, so getting your buzz on isn't as restricting as usual.Best hangover food: Paula Deen's home cookin!  Buffet Style!
Moonvera says: This restaurant is located in the historic district by the river. A real Irish pub, we make it a point to have dinner here and sometimes a snack on a second day. There is entertainment every night. The last time we were at this place, Harry O'Donoghue was performing. It was late on a weekday so t...
