The Rocky Mountain Chalet

Amazing place, I was there in October - which is more or less off-season for the Rockies. I had the place to myself! I paid $27 a night for a bed in a super quiet, super clean house. The place makes you really feel at home, take your shoes off at the door, and the staff is super cool too. I would stay there again in a heartbeat - the only drawback is that if you're just passing through Colorado, its a bit of a drive - but the views on the way are spectacular. It has clean showers, (free), laundry ($1 a load) and a sweet full kitchen and common area.
