The Radziwiłł's palace in Nieborów Nieborow Reviews
Feb 10, 2007
Initially, a Gothic - Renaissance manor house came into being in Nieborów and re - built in form of the Baroque palace towards the end of the 17th c. Over the centuries, the property belonged to many distinguished families: the Radziejowski's, the Lubomirski's and the Ogiński's.
In 1774 it came into the property of Michał Hieronim Radziwiłł, one of the richest Polish - Lithuanian magnates, who was a well - known art admirer and a bibliophile. Currently, the palace is the seat of Nieborów Museum including the palace complex together with the surrounding French garden and a nearby Romantic garden in Arkadia. ![]() ![]()
