Spent the Christmas around Auckland in the Quadrant hotel (we treated ourself for xmas). Stayed in a little apartment and even managed to make ourselves a pretty decent xmas dinner there. Walked on the beach and visited an aquarium on the day itself…Quadrant hotel (we treated ourself for xmas). I'm uploading pictures from my first couple days in New Zealand. I will be back later to add commentary. I've got limited time right now because I'm catching a bus today up to Kerikeri! Julia Scahill's family was so kind to invite …hotel, The Quadrant. When I got into my room - I was SOOOO excited. It was SO unbelievably nice!!! I had a little sitting area and a kitchen - in addition to my queen size bed & bathroom (the only 2 things I was expecting… #5 - i heart auckland!!!! |
