Great location May 23, 2016
This hotel was a great location, close to Akabaneshi Station. They were very accommodating to me as I don't speak Japanese only English. I felt is was very easy to communicate with the hotel staff, when they didn't know all the English words they were handy with a translation app. My daily newspaper was also in English.

I enjoyed a wonderful reflexology massage after walking the city for hours and she was awesome. They were able to take me as a walk-in and no appointment was necessary.

The area around the hotel was also very nice, a park and various cafés are in the area and I felt very safe walking at night.

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice home base to explore the city. I would stay here again without hesitation.

In the middle of it all without being in the middle of it Mar 25, 2012
Stayed in a Superior Queen Corner room. In an expensive city, this place is a great bang for your buck deal! It's somewhat centrally located; it's right next to 2 subway lines/stations, as well as a JR station located just a 2 min taxi ride or 12 min walk. You can get to either Tokyo Station or Shinagawa Station really easily if you are taking the Narita Express or Monorail from the 2 airports. The location made for a fantastic base camp for my checking out Tokyo as well as Eastern Japan day trips.

The staff wasn't robotic and cold like you get from most Japanese Hotels; these guys actually gp out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The superior rooms have their own elevator (levels above 19 I believe). The corner room was super spacious with a comfortable sitting area, computer table, as well as a good sized bathroom. Each room has a designated housekeeper, and their name is on a card by the nightstand. It's nice to know who is in your room when you are gone. I always came back to an immaculately clean room with everything always put back in it's place. The bathroom is of good size, not like most bathrooms in Japanese hotels. There's a separate tub and shower, plus they have an awesome toilet which has a heated toilet seat and a deodorizer! All toiletries are also supplied, so if you forget something, don't worry.

As for the rest of the hotel, the pool and Jacuzzi was awesome; they do have restaurants that people say is pretty good, but for the money, you can get an even better meal outside. They also have a convenience store in the lobby are as well. If I had to pick something that wasn't to my liking, it would only be the automated currency exchange machine; SO not worth it. Just take a quick subway ride to Shinjuku, Akaihabara, or Shibuya for a Western Union or even a close by back for a better exchange rate. Other than that, the hotel was fantastic!
Right next to Tokyo Tower!

Luxurious and Comfortable May 11, 2010
Luxurious, clean and comfortable, this hotel offers an astonishing view of Tokyo Tower which is within walking distance. The hotel houses several restaurants that offer a variety of meal options as well as a convenience store in the lobby. The Sky Buffet is a great way to start your day with a gorgeous view of Tokyo and a large selection of breakfast foods. Very close to metro stops. The hotel room was the largest I have ever stayed in to date. The bathroom had a roomy shower stall and massaging jet tub with complimentary bath salts, not to mention a heated toilet seat with deodorizer. It's a 5 star hotel and I felt like I was staying in first class accommodations. I stayed here as part of a tour package so I'm not sure about the average cost but it would be worth it to stay here again.
