Cozy, atmospheric, and with hair straightener Jun 10, 2011
When we strolled through Nassau Street on our way to Grafton Street, we ended up in this great looking and cozy pub.

It’s called the Porterhouse Brewing Company since they brew their own beer. There are three stouts, three ales and three lagers and apparently they are pretty good since they’ve won some international awards.

The Porterhouse has several pubs, one in Bray, one in London and three in Dublin. Of course there is a bar in Temple Bar, but we ended up in the one on Nassau Street and enjoyed the atmosphere. On the tables are cute booklets with tons of fun information on beer, you can take them with you if you like.

I was also fascinated to find a hair straightener in the ladies room. Here you can style your hair for a euro in case you were caught in the rain!
