a touch of class Jan 01, 2014
Well from my lasts stays in December 2013 I am changing my point of view in this hotel: not worth the price any more, why ? when a customer asks and pays for a sea harbour view , the minimum is to give him a roon with clean windows , last 2 times window glasses where very dirty, for a 650 € room hotel, this is a lack of respect for the custopmer

BEFORE:/

I like this hotel because it's aluxury with "a touch of class"

no excessive shining like some oriental hotels, but the british history left a good sense of "retenue".

Furniture is nice, I spend much of my time in hotels and pay attention to furniture

The Peninsula Hong Kong Overview

This hotel is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui on Nathan Road overlooking the harbour. The Mass Transit Railway underground (MTR) is just a few steps away, while the Star Ferry and the China Ferry Terminal are on convenient walking distance. Opposite the hotel are the cultural attractions like the Cultural Center and the Hong Kong Space Museum. The hotel is 36 kilometers from the airport or 45 minutes drive by car. It takes 10 minutes or 2 stops by MTR to go to Central. Popular outdoor markets such as Temple Street Night Market, Jade Market and Bird Market are easy accessible from this hotel.
